How It Works
The critical path for a standard PURL campaign is as follows:
- Recipient Receives a Personalized Direct Mail piece with a PURL
- Recipient logs onto their PURL via the Internet
- They complete registration, fill out a survey, and receive a custom response
- That lead is forwarded to a designated follow-up person via Email
- A "Thank You" Email is automatically sent to the prospect with additional information
- The "client" or advertiser, is sent comprehensive statistics regarding the success of the campaign
Personalized Email & Questionnaire
Email is a great way of cost-efficiently surveying a target market. In the below examples, a personalized E-blast was sent out to test the identified target market's viability and responsiveness. Upon opening the E-blast, recipients were prompted to complete a survey. Those that completed the survey are probably interested prospects in that they took the time to answer the questionnaire. All leads were then forwarded directly to the appropriate sales person for follow-up. If you have the first and last name of the individual, you can actually create a unique PURL within the Email. It would just be a simple link.
